- Made to Order: Each piece of our exquisite jewelry is made to order with care and precision. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your jewelry to be crafted.
- Shipping: FedEx delivery is offered for all jewelry purchases.
- Customs and Duties: Customs duties and taxes for jewelry items are inclusive.
Handbags
- Shipping: All handbag orders come with complementary shipping via Aramex.
- Delivery Time: Please allow 3–7 working days for delivery after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
General Information
- Order Processing: Orders are processed Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
