Shipping Policy

Worldwide Delivery

We offer secure worldwide shipping for all Sofia Al Asfoor creations through trusted international couriers.

Production & Lead Times

Many pieces are made to order and require production time before dispatch.

Estimated production times:

  • Fine Jewelry: 1–3 weeks

  • Shield Handbags: 2–7 working days

  • Diamond Shield Handbags: 3–6 months

Please note:
Shipping time begins only after your order has been completed and dispatched, not at the time the order is placed.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order ships.

Duties & Taxes

All international duties and taxes are included in the final price.
You will not incur additional customs charges upon delivery.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your item has been shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Delivery Requirements & Responsibility

To protect your purchase:

  • A signature may be required upon delivery.

  • We cannot reroute shipments once dispatched.

  • Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout.

Once an order has been delivered and signed for by the recipient, Sofia Al Asfoor is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs thereafter.

For bank transfers:
Once your transfer is completed, please email sales@sofiaalasfoor.com with:

  • Your payment confirmation, and

  • Your order number

Your order will only be processed after the invoiced amount has been received and confirmed by our team.

All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

Advance Payment for Handbags

For Bespoke handbags:

  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order.

  • The remaining 50% must be settled before shipment.
    Your order cannot be released until full payment is received.

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

Due to their personalized nature, all made-to-order and bespoke pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Currency

All prices are displayed in BHD (Bahraini Dinar).
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.
