Refund policy

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy for in-stock items only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Made-to-order, custom, and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with original tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@sofiaalasfoor.com within 7 days of delivery.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Store Credit (No Cash Refunds)

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Once your return is received and inspected, and if approved, the item value will be issued as store credit.

Store credit:

  • Can be used toward future purchases only

  • Is non-transferable

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

You will be notified once your return has been processed and store credit issued.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Made-to-order or custom items

  • Personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return or exchange, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for in-stock items only.

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items cannot be exchanged.

To exchange an in-stock item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Once the original item is approved and received in unused condition, you may:

  • Exchange it for another in-stock item, or

  • Receive store credit to place a new order

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
